The Ozarks Steam Engine Association is excited to announce Bluegrass & Open Mic – NEW FOR 2026!

We are thrilled to be featuring the Ozarks’ bluegrass family, Lindley Creek, during the 2026 Steam-O-Rama! If you enjoy bluegrass and/or live music, you are going to enjoy this new event at the steam and gas engine show!

Backstory: The 64th Annual Steam-O-Rama is ramping up to be our biggest show ever! Featuring the J.I. Case Heritage EXPO and the 150HP Case Steam Engine – the largest steam engine in the world! The Bluegrass & Open Mic stage is another exciting aspect to be added to our show!

Never been to a steam engine show? That’s ok! You may find out that you like old iron, too!
The annual Steam-O-Rama is a family event and features a daily parade of equipment, steam & gas engines and displays, antique tractors & trucks, threshing, sawmill, blacksmith shop, plowing, kids activities, the Whinrey Homestead, crafts, a flea market, tractor pulls, and so much more. Our mission is to keep history alive!

New for 2026 .. live music! The stage will be set in the Charley Stark Ozarks Steam Engine Motel – plenty of shade and space. Our guests are encouraged to purchase a season’s pass to come and go as you please. We have free people movers to bring you in from the parking lot and food trucks on-site. Bring your lawn chair if you would like! Free primitive camping is available, too, if you plan to stay overnight!
